We visited Restaurante Bristol for dinner. We ordered two soups to start, conger eel soup and beef ajiaco. The conger eel soup was excellent, but the ajiaco was just okay.
Next we ordered two entrees, the filet of veal and robalo with cheese covered with razor clams and shrimp. Róbalo is similar to sea bass. The filet was dry, not the robalo was outstanding.
For dessert, we shared a dish with meringue cookies and pear sorbet. The dessert was good, but it took 40 minutes to prepare and we had to rush because we had a car waiting to take us back the hotel. Overall, we would rate our dinner 3.5 stars out of 5.
